I heard about The Goulding Method – from a naturopath called Alessandra Edwards in Melbourne. She recommended it as my 5 yr old has started wetting the bed. I’m 6 weeks pregnant so she felt it could be linked to that and recommended I try the Goulding Method – .

I’ve been telling him how much we all love him for the last two nights and we’ve had no accidents. I’m interested to read the book and keep going with it.
