The Goulding Method eWorkbook offers an introduction to the basic ‘Foundation’ Goulding Method (Unit 1). It includes an MP3 audio recording by the founder Joane Goulding of 27 minutes. It is recommended parents consider to also engage the support of an accredited register Goulding Method Consultant for ongoing support.
